My bro in-law introduced me to this new way of making coffee. Its uses a Syphon. I had no idea how it worked so I looked it up online and this is the general thing that happens. The coffee and water meet at the perfect temperature to extract the best of the oils and flavors, with no burning. The exact beauty of this process is that the coffee is brewed by extended contact with water at exactly the right brewing temperature, the temperature is maintained throughout the process, and then the coffee is immediately separated from the grounds.
It definitely is fun to make and looks cool! It tastes delish too!
